The Contemplative Prayer Group meets in St. John’s church at 10:00am every Thursday. Silent prayer, following Fr. Thomas Keating’s Open Mind, Open Heart: The Contemplative Dimension of the Gospel, is practised for thirty minutes in the church.
We are members of Contemplative Outreach of Eastern Ontario Chapter. Annual Lenten and Advent silent three-day retreats are held at Galilee Centre in Arnprior for those interested.
All are welcome with full vaccination to protect our members. No experience necessary. Resources are available if requested.
